Returns Policy

  • Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. How to Log a Return

  • Photos of the defective item
  • A short description of the issue


3. What Happens Next

  • We will assess the issue and respond within 2 business days.
  • If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
  • The item must be returned unused and in original condition.

  • No returns on items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
