Returns Policy
We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, here’s what to do:
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Log a Return

- Your order number
- Photos of the defective item
- A short description of the issue
3. What Happens Next
- We will assess the issue and respond within 2 business days.
- If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
- The item must be returned unused and in original condition.
4. Exclusions
- No returns on items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- No returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse.
